Hercules strength is reduced to the same amount as bruce waynes so hence hes no longer an immortal, they both get into a fist fight or CQC whose the victor and why?

Probably Batman. The only martial arts where Hercules would absolutly crush Batman is wrestling. As for the rest, Hercules puts a fight, but the Dark Knight prevail.
