Kraven he can't die nor tire.

In theory, Kraven can beat Batman, but Batman is used fighting super powered people, Kraven only fights wild animals and Spider-Man, and he needs a lot of prep when facing Spider-Man (and he still bites the dust).

So I say Batman 6/10.
