I would consider this a stalemate; batman's mind is probably strong enough to resist the shadow...however, the shadow's other abilities such as near invisibility, stealth, etc... would make this exceptionally difficult for bruce to get a majority.

Be interesting what new feats they give The Shadow when his new book starts.
