Mothra seems to large and strong, based on feats. Yoda struggles quite a bit with several tons of material, at once. No way he can do anything.

If this was an AVF, we could use his Clone Wars cartoon feats. Then I would say Yoda wins.

What are Yoda's Clone Wars feats?

In CW he manipulated a couple of those big Trade federation landers into rising and smashing into each other.

He could force throw his sabre through mothra's wings, maybe?

Mind trick him into flying into the sun? (A fairy mothish tendancy)
