Odin vs

I don't think we're going to reach any mutual agreement. You're most likely firmly against the idea of Odin being anywhere near Galactus like some people so I'll just stop here.

Galactus went from well fed to being hungry and weakened, he couldn't even take down the remaining standard Asgardians according to Norrin, that's enough for me.

It didn't say anywhere on panel that he was weakened nor hungry. The editorial summary at the beginning that called him "the hungry god" is way too abstract and metaphorical to just be taken literally since "hungry" can easily be taken as a titular adjective rather than a literal descriptor. (I.e., "death god" doesn't automatically mean the god is dying)

Also, the more you portray and convey that Galactus was weakened/hungry from Odin's assault, the more you actually implicitly demean Odin.

If you want to take the statements literally and Galactus is hungry weakened as you claim. then you have no choice but to acknowledge that despite this serious depletion of his power, he still had enough to consider obliterating all of Asgard and its environs with one blast. Again, this is while in an assumed weakened state.

So in this weakened state, with Galactus prepared to destroy all of Asgard, Odin's condition is literally being unable to stand on his own 2 feet without aid.

Now if we observe that a weak Galactus has enough power to contemplate destroying Asgard, what is the correct adjective to describe Odin?

If anything, the disparity between the 2 is enhanced if you argue Galactus to be weak and hungry after Odin's attack, since the former was preparing to destroy all of Asgard after reconstituting himself, and the latter could not stand straight after Galactus had left.

All this while Odin was the aggressor during their fight, and received no attacks whatsoever from Galactus.

So you're actually making Galactus look better by saying he's weak and hungry since

1. he reconstituted himself and repaired all damage done by Odin
2. He was preparing a blast to destroy asgard
3. He contemplated fighting the destroyer armor with mjolnir

all while Odin was lying on the ground. Regardless if Odin was animating the destroyer or not, he was still unable to stand up in the same amount of time that Galactus repaired damage to himself, threatened to destroy asgard, and leaving after he learned the seed was gone.

I mean, Odin didn't even have the strength to chastise Thor for failing to help him up. If Galactus is weak after that attack...well, what is Odin then? A paraplegic?

^nah....more like quadraplegic

Even though this thread has taken an exquisite turn, I felt obliged to contribute to it: Galactus is ALWAYS in an extremely malnourished state, because he thrives on the awesome energies of celestial bodies (mainly planets) ONLY TO SURVIVE, and never to engage other cosmic or non-cosmic beings in combat.

Furthermore, I would like to add that Power Cosmic II is an absolute legend.
