Whatever the writers feel on any certain day, they are allowed to put into print. One shotting Ulik like that is just caaarrraaappp!!!
Let's just settle this and say that ANY characters with Gamma powers are stronger than all other characters in the Marvel Universe! There we go.
There isn't even any guessing about it anymore. You never have to worry about your favorite characters because if they are in a fight, they will always get "mystery strength" from nowhere and all the previous books that have ever been written, will just stop mattering.
