Location: Abandoned city unfamiliar to both.
Rules: No BFRs/Ringouts, They start the battle at opposite sides of the city.

Hulk vs Sebastian Ballesteros
Location: Abandoned city unfamiliar to both.
Rules: No BFRs/Ringouts, They start the battle at opposite sides of the city.
Hard to tell. Barbara fought Wally West and Sebastian fought Superman. But writing for the Cheetah characters are sometimes strange. Probably due to the writers trying to make the character relevant.

Due to speed feats by the Cheetahs, they are probably too fast for Hulk to connect. Although eventually he might with a thunderclap or terrain destruction or something.
But I'm not sure if the Cheetah's are powerful enough to take the Hulk down either. Then again, Superman mentioned that he had a "punch like Diana or Captain Marvel."
So I guess this battle could go either way. Draw or Stalemate. I am really not sure.

i dont see the cheetahs being able to deal with hulks strength amping and hf
I don't think the strength amping has anything to do with a fight like this.
He would have no need for more strength and probably wouldn't see the cheetah as a threat enough to start getting mad and nuts about the fight.
The whole point to a fight with a speedster is that it won't get drawn out.
Whatever happens, happens immediately.
There are plenty of forms of Hulk that Cheetah could beat by blitz, but isn't current Hulk really uber? Might be too much.

Barbara is overall the stronger (it's basically the same power between the two, but Minerva learned to unlock more speed).
