Without BFR, they have no way of damaging it enough to stop it. Diana with the lasso's soul manipulation ability is the best bet, assuming she gets the chance to.

I'm assuming Big 7, i.e. a lot stronger than that Avengers lineup.

Joker handles godlike power very well. I think he has a chance.
