A Phoenix Avatar saving Eternity's life from cosmic consumption (Eternity's power couldn't stop it's spread). Mainframe asked him who should he summon to assist him, the Celestials or the Living Tribunal, but Eternity said his only hope lied with the Phoenix.

Seems cut and dry to me. But like I said, we'll all see February where Marvel places the PF, Galactus and the Celestials in the cosmic hierarchy.

What do you mean about the cosmic hierarchy? There is gonna be a comic or handbook that says who is higher up or stronger than someone else?

What Chaos King did is still debatable. Sometimes the arc said universe other times it said multiverse (in terms of what was destroyed by CK). Sloppy writing for the fail. Plus CK is all but forgotten like all throw away characters. Who even mentions Abraxas in MU now? Plus it was Super God Herc that UNDID the damage. So....

No, the PF is coming back and it's going to be a MAJOR event. Plus Galactus is facing off vs the Celestials (yes PLURAL). This happens around January/February of next year. That's when we'll see how Marvel views these characters power wise.

But yeah you're right about that scan. And that was with Giraud from Earth 691 (a normal human with no prior powers) as the host.
