Being on par with Wonder Woman (more or less), being able to bloody an unsuspecting Superman with an elbow, etc. He has all the feats of mythological Herc, like Marvel's, but Marvel's Herc fares way better against top tiers than DC's.

I go with Marvel's Herc due to the fact that the DC one has spent most of the time in obscurity on a shelf.
