Emperor Joker didn't really do much. Didn't have Mxy's full might and displayed universal level feats. Beyonder and MM were affecting the multiverse with gestures.

What's Worlogog's best feat? MM took a shot that could slag thousands of dimensions. Marvel wins this.

I'm too lazy to open my trade of it, but didn't Satanus make some multiversal comment about what Joker was doing or am I misremembering?

And if memory serves, Darkseid was pretty sure that what Joker had was the ALE and I could have sworn the ALE had some multiversal showings.
