That was an out of his mind pissed Thor who used a fraction of the Gems capabilities. If Thor fights smart with it even physically he'll surpass hulk. IF he fights smart though then he wont even need to come in range of hulk.

I didnt know it had a "Full" capability. I'm saying that there was an obvious difference between how Thor used the gem and others like Thanos did.
