Imperiex Invades Asgard!

Imperiex and his elite probes target Asgard.

Asgard gets advance warning and has 1 day to prep. All of Asgard (heroes and villains) will team up against Imperiex and his Probe Army.

Which side wins?

Imperiex. Asgard's close-in fighting style is *horrible* against probes, resulting in heavy damage by those who can manage kills, and only the stronger gods are much threat to them.

Best-case and Odin manages to pierce Imperiex itself, it'd probably result in mutual annihilation.

In the end it all depends on the Probes.

Using the probe that was manhandling the heroes by itself, and by default all the probes are at that exact power set, than only the top of the Asgardians can hope to do something to them.

And once Imperiex comes out, it's pretty much over.

The Asgardians best hope is if all the top guys uses there best moves from the get go, and at best i see it still being in Imperiex favor.

Imperiex slaughters them, like he would nearly anyone.

If its Asgard and everything else, Imperiex lose.

Thew likes of Mangog,Kurse,frost giants deal with the probes.

Leaving Odin,Surtur,Destroyer n co to deal with Imperiex.

Wasn't interested in the probes. They were weak sauce. Asgard still dies though due to Imperiex Prime.

The probes each had a different set of power levels. So calling all the probes weak is idiotic.

For instance, the Probe that Superman and Mongul beat was far weaker than the one that was beating the shit out of the team.

Where was this stated? Please show a scan stating they were at different power levels.

Asgard has a number of artifacts to handle the invasion. The frost giants are more than capable of matching a probe. The casket would put them all on ice. The question is whether it can also freeze Imperiex Prime. Surtur, Ymir, Odin, and the Destroyer armor would handle Imperiex.

Was never impressed with Imperiex anyway, though he looked cool. Odin in the Destroyer would destroy him IMHO, even if the rest of the Asgardians fell to the probes (I think the probes would own any non-Thor, non-Loki Asgardian), Odin/Destroyer would just finish them off.

Asgard wins 10/10.

Depends on who is chosen as the "General" of the Asgardian army. If it's Odin, or Thor then the full Odin force is unleashed resulting in the mutual annihilation of both sides. If it's Loki then they have a chance, evacuate all non combatants to another location, such as Hel. Then just use Baldur, Frost Giants, Drak Elves, Warriors Three, Kurse, Destroyer, Mangog, and all of the fallen warriors trapped in Hela's domain to take on the probes and distract Imeriex himself. When it's looks like the Asgardians are about to fall, Loki lures Imperiex himself to Vallhala for what appears to be the last stand of the Asgardians. Upon arrival the combined might of Thor, Malekith, Surtur, Ymir, the Midgard Serpent distract Imperiex long enough to unleash the unleash the Odin force, sacrificing Valhalla and the lives of his comrades, leaving Loki to rule unopposed when the war is over.

It doesn't have to be stated, common from the readers is not that hard to use.

The first Probe was defeated by a combination of Superman and Mongul, yet one probe took on the whole team by itself and almost won.

One probe was defeated by WW's mom, one probe was nearly one shotted by Aquaman.

Common sense, it's not a hard concept.

Imperiex wins. They can't dissipate his energies even IF they succeed in destroying his physical form. He was essentialy a big bang, even in defeat he would take everyone with him.

Asgard would win the war but handling Imperiex Prime's energies when his cracked would be a problem. Shunting them or teleporting him to another dimension would be the best option.

Even the high end probes are not taking down the likes of Mangog,Kurse,Ulik,Durok and the almost endless amount of Frost Giants etc.

All-Mothers head job Imperiex to oblivion!

Seeing how Gaia empowered Hercules during Chaos War, I would give Asgard the benefit of winning.
