why wasn't the emperor's force lighting changed in the star wars speciel editon

Look at the force lighting in Revenge of the Sith & compare that to Return of the Jedi. It's much thicker in ROTJ & often shows a bit of white or pink in the middle, whicle ROTS had much finner lighting. Why hasn't that been fixed in the latest 2004 Speciel edition? Surely they could fix it couldn't they?

Maybe Palpatine has such power over the Force he can choose to kill and choose to torture hence the different looks, that and the ROTJ lightning looks so much more badass.

Perhaps that was such an incredibly trivial and minor detail that no one but the most OCPD people would care about. Or even notice.

Right now GL's considering how to make the Alderaan explosion appear like Jar-Jar's ass, so lightning consistency is not priority at this time.
