But radiation isnt energy lol it's a distractive property of certain energies
He can absorb a lot but not all....
He would be converted to a new being even if he did take in gamma n become a mindless raging animal with less experience with controlling it n then get beat hand to hand n not all can handle the gene restructuring so he might die from the pure raw energy his cells would try n absorb
