Spider-Man can not beat up Thor, but Thor is pretty slow compared to Spider-Man.

Spider-Man will annoy and hurt Thor a bit, and Thor will try to actually punch Spider-Man. Good luck to him.

spider-man web his legs together than slams him against the ground few times and when thor is dazed, or spider-man just can web his eyes then he will shoot his webs inside thor's throat just like he said he will do to kingpin

If he had prep however... well things could get interesting.

Spider-man at his peak is more than capable of hurting Thor with his blows (as proven multiple times in comics). It would just take way more hits than what Thor needs on Spidey in order to ko.

seeing as Thor has tanked ridiculous amounts of punishment, I dnon't see why Thor can't just stand there and let Spiderman pummel him all day and still not get hurt.
