So what if Thanos's weakness is encoded in Drax's DNA, its still manifests as form of energy; all energy falls on a spectrum...all Nimrod has to do is nail down the precise frequency after scanning him...and this should be trivial to him.
Dont cry though child, Nimrod beats Superman 10/10 for this very same reason; both Superman and Thanos have a weakness to specific frequencies of energy.
