Well you go figure that Warren has the maneuverability, and arguably the long distance advantage. His wing pinions could put Arthur down if they hit him, and he can shoot quite a few of them at once if I recall properly.
I made the comment on his sentient wings, because it might not be a good idea if Arthur KO'd him physically or telepathically.

Are they any more powerful than the ones he used before?
Ah. I'll have to read the arc.

To be honest I haven't followed Warren that closely since X-Men Inferno, which is what my previous posts were based on. I've been reading that he's changed a bit since those days, but I've begun to read more comics with him in them... at least for a couple months now.

I know Arthur has some pretty strong durability nowadays, so I'd wonder if he would be able to tank the darts.

Is his skin far tougher than tree bark? If not they will penetrate. I won't pretend that I know how many times over his skin would have to be tougher, but the pinions cut through bark like a knife through butter. Also if his wings are still sentient like they were back in the day, knocking Warren out could prove to be fatal.
It would be a safe bet to say that Arthur is stronger, and has better combat speeds, but those wings have a decisive reach advantage, as well as the fact that they shoot projectiles filled with neural toxins.
