We all know that Claire was trained by her brother (hence, surviving Raccoon City, Rockfort Island and Harvardville), and continues to keep her skills sharp by training alongside him at the BSAA.

So how would Claire measure up against Agent S?

No, Agent S from Dead Rising: Off The Record. Basically, it's Stacey gone evil instead of Sullivan.

Stacey got her ass beat by a photojournalist who was overweight. Say what you want about Frank covering wars, Claire survived outbreaks that put the ones in Dead Rising to shame which gives her more experience in dealing with this kind of stuff, especially with people like Agent S. Plus, Claire has better feats whereas Stacey has none. Claire outran a chopper that fired at her sideways, is quick enough to drop her gun just to fool her enemies into thinking she's surrendering and then pick it right up the second before it hits the ground and kill them, all of that happening while soloing an Umbrella facility before she ran out of ammo and got imprisoned. What has Stacey done? Kill an old man and pilot an amusement ride.
