Mabye its just me but the faces look kinda...weird. Everything else is great but the faces just look wrong IMO.

You'd be surprised how many talented artists that site has. Some of the fan works are better than what we see in the actual comics.

I've seen waay better amateur art than that. I don't think Marvel/DC are missing much in this case. Especially when you consider how artists are a dime a dozen these days (seriously, I know more than a dozen art majors with talent on the level or above that pic)
