Try and stick to debating. I read the entire series and know fully well what he's capable of.
Imagine it like it's pre retcon ...
Marvel:
The One Above All > Pre Retcon Beyonder > Pre Retcon Molecule Man > Living Tribunal
DC:
The Presence = The Great Evil Beast > Michael Demiguros > Lucifer Morningstar ...
This is basically where the few most powerful characters stand. Since TOAA is obviously more powerful then the Presence, since TOAA is the writer, while the Presence is just a character, created by the writer ... the Living Tribunal basically now has slightly the spot of the Marvel God, since TOAA is so much more above the regular comic book over Gods. Usually it would clearly the be PR Beyonder, but because of the retcon, Living Tribunal is right now on the TOP.
Do you hoestly believe tha a fully fed Galactus can keep up with these people? Hell no.
It would be an interesting battle, if he would face the Living Tribunal, or Protégé, but Galactus? Lucifer is vastly more powerful, since he is an entire tier above Galactus.

Lucifer convinces Galactus that the only way to permanently cure his hunger would be to feed continuously off his own vast energies, thus removing any need for external replenishment.Galactus, wondering why he had never thought of such an obvious solution, constructs his planetary energy siphoning device around himself.
Wishing Galactus luck, Lucifer watches as Galactus flicks the switch and promptly absorbs himself, implodes into a singularity, and evaporates into the cosmic ether.

well, most think galactus and tyrant are relative equals. quan thinks thanos beats tyrant (not just tyrant, but a FULLY powered tyrant), ergo thanos could beat galactus. since galactus>lucifer according to him, it therefore follows thanos>lucifer as well. it's not all that complicated, really. 🙂
Originally posted by EnzeruThat's flawed reasoning because reading the comic Lucy is one of the most exaggerated comic book characters I can think of. I simply disagree with the majority and believe I am 100 percent right. Certain posters want to highlight a high feats ignore his general portrayal and treat him at his greatest while ignoring the rest. I don't do that. You can I just disagree with your skewed/selective reasoning. No biggie.

Sandman sends Cain, who is under the protection of God. to tell Lucifer that he will be arriving in Hell. Lucifer doesn’t really care about the mark, and thinks it’s actually funny. He also explains the fact that he’s having fun seeing lesser demons proclame themselves lords of hell to end up destroying eachother and says that his [b]only superior is God.

[i] It’s pretty much stated that before he rebelled and he still was God’s servant, Lucifer was at least as strong as Michael. „Michael is an archangel. Of All God’s servants there is none so mighty. At least, not [b]now”.

That was just the way Reed and the Fantastic 4 perceived the creator. It was even made a point to say as much in the issue.

TOAA is the avatars of the representative writers/artists of Marvel.
100% on panel fact. (across several issues) Corroborated by the Handbooks.
I have 2 links to threads where all this was covered with the scans, let me know.
That aside,
TOAA of Marvel, is what Grant Morrison depicted himself as in Animal Man #26.

Actually yes, since Mavel's God, who is the writer decides what the Marvel characters do. He is the only who is making them do all that. He is the one who decides that Black Panther jumps 3 times and then rolls over the ground.
Gods in other comics mostly leave the characters their free will, while the One Above All is deciding simply everything.
The writers and the editors in Marvel are God, the One Above All.
No offense, really, but it would be stupid if the Fantastic Four would enter the room, see a man drawing comics and deciding what happens to the characters and instantly accept that as the norm in comics. That Galactus eats worlds, because TOAA wants him to, that Spider-Man dies because TOAA wants him to.
Yet that's how it runs, while in DC the Presence does not care if Bane breaks Batman's back and Azrael has to replace him for a while.
At least that's the way I see it.
