Hmmm. I think his death was referenced by Romulus though. Talking about how all of his "Creations" were fighting for his top spot...I was pretty sure they made it a point to kill all of them for that storyline.
All the candiates weren't dead, Nuke, Daken and a few others were mentioned and they are still alive.

Don't matter anyways, he'll be back sooner or later. As for the fight....Blade 7/10.
Depends on the incarnation of WC. Wildheart would win

If we're not counting his trouncing of Wolverine, Sabretooth, and Sasquatch or his contesting of Omega Red then yea Blade wins. The dude seems like he could've been the strongest out of all of them, his only draw backs seemed to be his lack of adamantium and his furtive combat.
If we're using normal Wildchild, for whom we have more feats, then I'd say Blade wins.

The thread said Wild Child, not Wildheart.
Wildheart is Wild Child, he was even called Wild Child during that tenure

Based on what? WC's feats sans even the Romolus upgrade are pretty impressive. He has gone toe to toe with Wolverine a few times, killed a clone of Daredevil which was supposed to be his equal, defeated Diablo, defated Fatale more then once who is a person that defeated the entire X-Factor team on her own
and heres a badass moment

The Sabretooth fight no, but we did see the Sasquatch fight.

This really depends on the incarnation and era of WC. X-Factor and Weapon X versions I'd give the definite nod to Blade. Wildheart and Romolous version id give the nod to WC, and classic WC would be very close.
