IB absorbed the Braak... something... all of them. An entire race of millions possibly billions of beings, and blew up after storing them for a while and they all escaped.

This turned him into a small emo mulatto kid.

Then Ultimate Nullifier shoots him in both halves while the Braak are rushing him, and everything goes away. Next we see him he's at full stature yelling at UN in his sleep.
