If Thor was put into Doomsday place alongside Superman and Thor was pissed and not holding back...do you think he could have accomplished what Superman and Doomsday accomplished against the probes?

Without question, if he uses all his powers.

If he only stuck with melee, that could be dicier.. If Supes didn't have super speed, he probably would have been swamped.

Thor and Superman would be impressed with each other's respective strengths and abilities in handling the probes.
