Archer(Unlimited Blade Works) Vs Gilgamesh

These 2 just sneak attacked each other when Shirou was turning the table on them.

VS

Who would win if they were to face off?

Le sigh. Guess no one knows about FateZero/FateStaynight

Unfortunately, I hadn't seen the anime yet. I wish I did before it got taken off YouTube.

Oh, definitely Gilgamesh if he takes it seriously.

Archer can win if he fights as normal, but serious-Gilgamesh is the strongest servant period, perhaps only rivaled by Hercules if Herc is in a good class.

mmm

Archer was a lot more resouseful and skilled in Unlimited Blade Works. I think he definitely has a chance to Gil out.

Oh he's definitely resourceful, and if Gilgamesh messes around and limits himself to Gate of Babylon like normal, he can win, but if Gil's serious, he has much more prana and Archer really doesn't have a counter for Ea.

I would say that Gilgamesh would win the fight hands down not because of his abilities and stuff, but because Gilgamesh had already fought, but not directly. You see, the seiyuu for Gilgamesh is Tomokazu Seki. The same guy does another notable role as the japanese voice for Ezio Auditore from Assassins creed 2 and Assassins creed: Brotherhood. In brotherhood, the main villain, which Ezio has to kill, is Chesare Borgia, the son of the Pope at the time. The funny part is that the japanese voice for Chesare was Junichi Suwabe, who is the japanese voice for Archer. So there you go! Gilgamesh, as Ezio, throws Archer, as Chezare, off of the Battlement, thus winning the fight!!

They've also fought directly.... ("King of Heroes, do you have enough swords?"

UBW is better than Gate of Babylon, it's faster and grants Archer an edge, but Ea trumps anything Archer can pull if he has time to use it.
