Reason I'm giving WM maybe 3 wins is because Mar-Vell is a warrior true. He sometimes forgets all those powers of his and decides to slug it out. Even so he beats opponents that are beyond him strength wise.

strength is an overwhelming advantage to simon, as is durability. simon has also displayed some superspeed and he has more skill than most give him credit for. tactics and speed weren't enough to keep him from getting one-shot ko'd by a casual backhand from hulk. simon could do the same, easily. even giving it his ALL (and a surprise back attack), vell couldn't do more than stagger hulk for a moment. intiially hulk no-sold his punch. he's also been pushed to the limit by controller in h2h who is FAR inferior to simon and vell's durability is not that great as hulk showed.
vell could get some, but i'll give simon the majority, 6-7/10. anyway, for those who've not seen the hulk fight:

That was before his upgrade where his hair was blond as last seen.
That CM in your scans was a class 10 - 15 ...Not bad to slug it out with Hulk.

sure. been a while since i read it too though i don't recall a massive amp.... and you're right--that was a decent showing against hulk. except for the whole one-shotting thing.....
tbf, mar-vell did beat the thing at some point (wish i could recall the issue) but simon is considerably stronger and more durable than ben. still the slight edge to simon imo. along with controller, mar-vell had loads of trouble with super skrull, and that was back before the skrull was what he is now. i think he could likely amp to about class 30. its his durability that would be an issue here.....

found the thing vs mar-vell fight i was looking for. it was right after the hulk fight. mar-vell won via plot device (electrocuted ben). figth was fairly even, though ben did seem to have the better of it on a couple occasions. he was also holding back and mar-vell was going all out. ben did put him down a couple times, but not for the count before cm used an electrical cable to stun ben. anyway, just more context for mar-vell.

Ok, he fought a Controller who had just defeated a group of Avengers before the CM's power up. So it's your old school CM , not the most current version. That would be another good showing IMO for CM.
