That version of Chameleon was pretty impressive. Finesse confirmed he had superhuman speed, superhuman agility and ability to copy fighting styles like Taskmaster. No idea where all that came from.
Spider-man owned him in the next pannel anyway...

Original Tiger Shark wins. I know his powers faded, and have no idea what he can do lately. But, I know that Classic Tiger Shark was Namor's nemesis and scared the crap out of the heavy-weights.
