It's not a link like Cyttorak's gem or Surfer/PC, it's more like Cyclops/Havok ...
1) there's nothing to suggest Stardust could do such a thing as Hulk IS the very nexus - his body is the doorway for that extra-dimensional energy to enter 616 - and it would require rewriting his molecules or atoms or even subatomic particles (because he reforms from atoms).
2) Hulk can (and does) absorb ambient gamma radiation and other types of radiation (nukes boost his power etc) and so for him to be denied any gamma radiation would require SD to cut him off from the battlefield too.
