Captain America vs Owl Man

Batmans counterpart in the Crime Syndicate seems even more formidable, with a power suit that considerably amps his strength and durability. And what he did to Martian Manhunter was worthy of Morrison Batgod..

1. h2h only.

2. Owlman gets to use his gadgets.

Who wins?

Nothing?

Owl Mans pretty much what happens if The Dark Knight Returns becomes a bad guy.. His suit lets him hold his own with Superwoman.
