Where does the "stuff" come from/ got to re Hulk

When he transforms to and from Banner, where does the 'bulk' come from then go to?

Actually I think I read somewhere the mass comes from a pocket dimension.

Now that we're into it, Logan's regeneration comes from a pocket dimension too?

ooh i always thought that his own mass simply increased because his cells sort of multiplied....Kind of like the way wades healing factor works.

Also, Hulk does get extra mass from 616 Gamma, whenever there's a concentrated enough amount of it present (say a bomb or two).
