Yeah he had titanium arms which are in this case as good as cardboard.

2nd one i'd give to wolverine 7/10. The arms give Otto the advantage in reach and capabilities and he is skilled with them I just feel that wolverine can close the distance for a lethal shot more often than not with someone of the Dr's capabilities
