Probably Korvac. How powerful was the most powerful version of Eclipso? Cause Korvac was skyfather level.

Eclipso at his most powerful was taking down heralds at will and beyond. I think he defeated The Spectre at that level too.

Defeating heralds is easily within Korvac's power. The Surfer was nothing to him (he melted his skin and literally depowered him). He's KOed Thor with ease before too and taken out entire teams of Avengers.

Korvac should still fall under Eclipso's power as the original spirit of vengeance.

Eclipso wins.

At least according to the old Darkness Within Story arc. Eclipso was the Orginal Specter/DCU First Spirit of Vengence before he wcrossed the line and GOD fired him.
