Why would you say that?

Barda's a skilled, experienced, and powerful herald level with more versatility.

She did two-shot KO Superman once (he wasn't fighting back, but it still shows impressive power), and is a tough fight for Wonder Woman. Even beat WW1million (who was noted to be less experienced than current Diana, but still).

Not sure if those are interchangeable with Betty though, she's plenty dangerous, and has that enchanted Asgardian sword as well.
