No where does it say that he was holding 2 universes back. Holding the earth doesn't mean that your holding the universes away. I know you're going to go back to the Captain American scan. So ill bring the entire page instead of half a bubble you're going to supply.

So cap never pushed just the other earth, he was pushing the universe, We see the other earth because that was the closest part of the other universe.
