MK has his armor on.
Who wins and how many out of 10?

Daredevil is way more skilled but MK's armor is gonna. Let him get a couple wins but DD wins.

Mismatch? Uuuhh if he can easily beat Deadpool, one-shot UsAgent and Weapon Omega, at athe same time, take it to Spider-Man (more then once), beat Demigoblin, beat Nich Fury HTH, beat Flagsmasher (Captain America foe). Mismatch? No!

Here is their OLD fight, cant find my Shadowland scans when they thought there. Moon Knight did better against demon daredevil than Shang Chi and Iron Fist.

Excluding no weapons and no armor then Daredevil definetly wins but it's no way a blowout.

Maybe this isn't a mismatch but MK isn't winning more than 1 or 2.

I would give him maybe abit more then that, but yes Daredevil would win but he have to work for each fight

MK is good, DD is better gear or no gear.

With gear, MK could uses his sonics that worked on the Hulk, use the angelwing into battle, or use his adamantium or carbonadium armor (no way for Daredevil to get through), darts that can take down a building, his anti-metal making Daredevil's weapon usesless, gas that even depowered Count Nefarai, etc, etc. I take it your not familar with his gadgets?

Wasnt aware of that. Either way, imo its a lot closer than people think. MK did better against SL Daredevil than most. Armor should make it an even better fight.
