just saw this movie,surprising to see no thread has been made of it.John Goodman and James Cromwell star in it.Its a silent movie picture dipicting the silent movies from the 20's and 30's.I would save my money if i were you.Just liek Sherlock Holmes looks great from the trailer,the movie doesnt live up to the billing.really boring especially since it again is a silent movie.Best to wait till it comes out on cable if you want to see it.for me it was a waste of time personally.

Is it a real silent film? Or just made to look like one? I mean, in the pictures, the makeup isn't nearly as dramatic as it would need to be in order for it to translate the actors' feelings across.

Naw its definetely a silent movie.
