Manga comparison thread

So....

Between Bleach and Naruto, I dunno who wins. I'm leaning towards Naruto.

Oh, Naruto easily so far. Naruto went back to the Kage vs Madara fight and had some action, Bleach had mask-guy hinting what he was and that's about it.

So it's up to One Piece to show up and challenge, I suspect it'll fall in between.

I dunno, I'm liking the build up. War has been declared on Soul Society and all that jaz. Plus Kubo surprised me with this new guy not being an Arrancar.

But yeah...I do give it to Naruto. Even though I'm growing more annoyed at Onoki basically showing up the other Kage, I guess I can deal. He does have the most personal relations with Madara...then again, he is the rival of her grand pop, so Tsunade should be contributing more.

Finally Naruto got us back to things that we care about, and still they managed to advance the Sasuke plot -I'm not saying it can't be done, just pointing out it can be done without slowing the plot two chapters-.

Well even climaxes need to be slown on occassion.

I personally didn't mind the Taka stuff, cause that makes for a new thign to speculate on. The chapter where everyone had an internal speech dragged on.

But yeah, this chapter was leagues better than the last.

Yea, it's fine buildup, but it's buildup as opposed to a guy showing a face on his torso (which, if you think about it, isn't *really* a reveal, we already knew he had wood jutsu, but it still feels like one).
