I'm going to say round 1 goes to element lad. Due solely to the restriction of classic Firestorm manipulating organic matter (A restriction EL doesn't have.

Round 2 to FS.

The only iteration of Element Lad that I would put above Firestorm, is Progenitor. Every other version gets saltomized. 👆
