Rune King Thor was pretty awesome but reigning King Thor has always been my fave. Stubborn as a mule just like myself and it took him over what like a hundred years to admit his mistake. The guy had battle scars and didn't take sh-t from anyone. Loki even fell in line with his rule.

I can't admit you into the Thor Corps until you admit Thor's superiority over that mut.
The main reason King Thor was so unbalanced was because when Odin separated Jake Olson from him, he cut of what compromised the humane part of his soul. Thor still managed to overcome this, it just took a few centuries.
I liked that Thor -and Odin- kept their scars instead of just healing the wounds despite the inconvenience. Not like those pussy Olympians.
