I can't see Bill taking the amount of butt whippings that Red has been taking for nearly a full year now. Bill wins. Have to hand it to Red though, he can take a hell of a lot of abuse.

Rulk. He's gotta be tired of letting people punch him. And, happily, BRB is not people, nevermind people who he tried to conquer.

If he fights with determination, I wouldn't be surprised to see him 3-shot BRB too.

They squared off in Annihilators during that team battle with the Avengers & Bill said he was a handfull. Fight was inconclusive though.

yep. seemed pretty even, but bill was likely holding back some. i'd take bill, like i'd take thor. bill's not quite as versatile as thor, but still, he's got enough on top of his physical power to take out non-loeb rulk.

Bill looked to be more dominant in the brief glimpse of their fight that we saw but Rulk should still be problematic if written with respect. Bill wins either way though, especially if he cuts loose.

bill due to versatility. great fight though...rulk in my imo can take a few wins.

Bill wins but if Rulk ever decides to use his full power, I would give him a majority against anyone in his tier minus people that can amp at "will". Rulk is currently holding back but a full powered Rulk is pretty much unstoppable.
