Andrew(Chronicle) vs. John Murdoch(Dark City)

John Murdoch

vs.

Andrew

1.)Fight takes place in Dark City

2.)Fight takes place inside a Grand Central Terminal

Who wins?

Whose John Murdoc and what can he do?

John Murdoch is a character from Dark City. lol. He's the main character.

Dark City is one of the best movies, ever. In my top 20. Watch it, now.

Instead of that, how bout you tell me what he can do. It's not like I just have instant access to movies.

1. Murdoch.

2. Andrew. How powerful would John be outside the city anyways?

I have not seen Chronicle, but he must be pretty uber to be pitted against Murdoch.

I've only seen parts of Chronicle but from what I've seen Andrew is an advanced Telekinetic freak. His control even allows accurate fast flight.

One has to argue whether John would even hold much power outside the Dark City. Wasn't it stated how the cities centre power source powered their abilities? Or am I thinking of something else?

That's complete and utter bullshit. So much bullshit that you should stop using the internet, now. Now, me telling to stop using the internet is not non-sequitur. That last point should have created an epiphany.

Andrew becasue if I had his TK. The first thing I would do to Murdoch is to shift his internal organs around from within.

But you do.....

All of Murdock's best feats are right here:

Don't call out the fact that I have instant access to movies, but am lazy.

I could understand not wanting to wait to download it, but it's on phuckin youtube! You can access it damn near instantly

True, but considering I've never seen or heard of the movie before. I'd have to sit through 1-2 hours to find out what he could do. And wikipedia says that he only fully realized his powers at the end, so I'd have to watch to the very end of the movie to see what he could really do. So while yes, I could access it nearly instantly, finding what I needed to make a judgement would take some time.

You've had days. And it's a damn good movie. It is worth your time to watch it.

-sigh- I know the time frame I've had. The point I was making is in my post. And it still stands. Or something.

Your point doesn't "stand". It failed before you even submitted it.

Nah.

*Waits days and days before replying back...when he could have watched the film already*

I gave hi ma link and everything. And by the way DDM, you are right, because I watched it today. What a thought-provoking and mesmerizing film, and what an interesting concept. Are we the sum of our memories or is there something more that makes us...us? The effects were frickin amazing as well. What a horribly underrated film. That should be up there with Gump and Saving Private Ryan as one of the best films of the 90's. i'd say it was that decade's "Blade Runner"
