A rat or a gamma spawned monkey? It also did not beat the Hulk if it is the monkey that you are referring to, it was simply too agile for the Hulk to hit, it should also be noted that the Hulk did not go berserk during that sideshow.

Something happened to the Hulk when him and Banner seperated. Kind of like when him and Banner separated after his fight against Onslaught...it depowered him to the point that he got seriously injured from a stop sign pole being rammed in his chest in a fight against Deadpool.

I will say this for the purple skrull. He's stepped to Odin, Galactus, Tyrant and TnA without fear. I don't think its thaaat much of a stretch to call into question the notion that he fears the Hulk. Just sayin 😎
