Even IF Tyrant were more powerful, and even IF he were capable of unleashing a blast equal to that of Spectre (big IF's), he still wouldn't be able to put Darkseid down long enough to constitute a forum win, imo:

with that said it's a toss up IMO. tyrant is likely more powerful, but i can't imagine him harming darkseid to any lasting degree
