Obviously Thor can hurt the Hulk but Nul did not seem KOed. There was a blank speech bubble the significance of which has been argued about but Fraction used a blank speech bubble earlier in Fear Itself after the Thing became Kuurth and was clearly still conscious. He seems to use it to denote surprise.
Plus you seem to be forgetting that this was a Thor that was already injured and drastically not operating at 100%
I think he was obviously not 100% by the end of the fight but if you are saying he went in to the fight significantly less than his best i cant agree.
So a weakened Thor Koed Hulk while overpowering Hulk's rage filled attack on him. Or did you not see Hulk swinging at the same time Thor did.
How can you overpower someones attack in that way? If anything the strength of Hulks attack should knock him backwards even further if you want to try and involve physics. I think its probably more significant to note the massive lightning buildup that coincided with the strike as the reason why Nulk ended up in space rather than to try and interpret it that Thor was actually somehow twice as strong as Nulk the whole time (while seemingly getting beaten up) and thus in the end "cancelled" Hulks attack by "overpowerering it" and propelling him off planet with "the rest of" his own attack.
It was a great achievement of Thor to survive and win against a powered up Hulk and Thing but i dont think it was supposed to show him as being by far the most powerful of the two/three.
Fraction's used the no-speech bubble when Thor fell from exhaustion, Odin took down Galactus, Mjolnir blew a hole in Angrir's chest and when IIRC Balder/Tyr stabbed and killed one of those invading demons.
It's pretty clear to anyone who isn't a f*ggot that it's associated with noticeable pain/injury. Whether Nul was momentarily knocked out isn't as clear cut but it's definitely possible.
Either way, the attack had him hurting and rocked him.
When Thor and Nul collided, I assumed that since his attack packed the stronger punch, he sent Nul flying. It doesn't conclusively prove that Thor >>>> unamped Hulk in power but it definitely doesn't hurt (I'd argue Thor's more powerful than Hulk either way).
Still, if I was a Hulk fan, I wouldn't want even Green Scar facing off against Thor under Fraction. So far, his lowest showing would be beating an amped Hulk/Thing.....

Lol..Thor used so much power, so much energy trying to take Nul out that he fatigues himself. Nul bounced back up with a couple of scratches like nothing happened. He didn't even register that sh**. He is still 100%...while Thor basically beats himself (fatigued himself trying to kill Nul and it didn't do crap...Nul stood there and looked at a fatigued Thor on the ground that just attacked him, put his everything in his blows).

Then we see them charge. Nul gets bfred..sucked up in a lightning bolt because that was Thor only chance at doing anything against him. Hell, the avengers had a better showing against Nul than Thor did...that fight was embarrassing because moments after bfring Hulk, Thor passed out. Nul only hit him once while Thor koed himself trying to take Nul out. Nul>>>Thor and Thor admitted this.
