Bison is the only real problem, but assuming he does go "suicide" nuke team can take him. Geese can give them trouble as well.

They can't defeat Bison regardeless of their devil forms. In fact they'd be hard pressed to even harm him at his weakest who has city block+ durability let alone Alpha 3 Bison who can tank anything up to a nuke.

To put this into perspective, Chun Li, the city block buster, needed the help of four other warriors, around her own level, to to defeat Vega at 1/4 of his power. Rose soloed a version of Vega who was twice as powerful. Needless to say, rose would have to be 5X more powerful than Chun Li/city block busting just to defeat Vega at 2/4 of his power.

For Vega to be nuked and still come out of it with enough power to KILL a 5X city block buster means the nuke had very little effect, if any.

Also, with the nuke destroying the P.Drive, Vega came out severely limited in overall power and STILL KILLED Rose.

geese i dont really sure but mr karate deflected a laserbeam strong enough to erase a city and rugal well .....its rugal.
but i preatty sure igniz,mukai,omega rugal and geonitz all pwn them .
