what does gandalf say in revindale

Boromir sugested that gondor should be aloud to weild the power of the ring but gandalf stud up and said something in a different language and the sky went grey. So im just wondering what did gandalf say?

He recited the two lines of the ring poem from the One Ring's inscription, see here for details. (Gandalf also translates them to Frodo still back in the Shire).
