Dunno what you would consider Marquis top powers. He's only really stopped by himself and the fantastic four absorbing the combined power of multiple universes of heroes villains and gods... so several dozen skyfathers an unknown amount of times copied over+heroes/villains+a younger version of the marquis.

It was intimated (by PS) that she manipulated events to do. Not really a power showing. She did remain unaffected by the change.
