Sort of depends what tactics Loki turns to. He's unpredictable and has a diverse array of options, but between Diana's god-senses and her lasso of truth, illusions are often of questionable use against her, and her lasso provides a means of ensnaring enemies that would normally be untouchable.

Kind of a coin toss.

Wondy. The lasso is pretty much tailor-made for anti-Loki work. She can break through any illusion, plus if she gets it around him he can't cast spells any more.

Diana, being an avatar of truth, is kinda tailored to fight against a god of lies. But Loki in terms of combat acumen is really impressive.
