That is not really how that works. Case in point: the guy who has the smallest dick I have ever seen insists on being a top. There is not necessarily a relationship between masculinity, height, weight, or penis size and what role someone prefers in bed.
Additionally, even tops like big dicks, and prefer bottoms who have them. So no matter what role a guy prefers, bigger is still usually more prized.
Take me, for example. I am versatile, so I will top or bottom based on the chemistry and our shared interests. But I am also very well-endowed, and it is rare for my partners to be bigger than me. So when I bottom, the top is usually smaller than me, and that is fine. I actually do not want someone my size, and would prefer someone in the 7–8 inch range.
But Jason Russell's dick is so small, he would have to put in a lot of work in the bedroom to please anyone. And if he did not have an attractive face and an incredible body, he would probably have an even more difficult time getting anyone to even give him a chance.

I think that is why he is so fit and facially attractive. Men can be gifted with face, body, and/or dick. Most men have one or two, but it is rare for someone to have all three. So he was alotted face and body, but short-changed on dick.
