Eternals can still be taken down with enough trauma, though. Thor's beaten down Eternals. (When he's not being jobbed out, like Panic in the Sky did to them..)
I'm going with Lightray, based on his speed being waaay above light, plus the fact he can basically fart out suns and stun even Highfather... He's a character worthy of fighting Surfer or high heralds.
